Architectural Compliance Committee
The Carolina Club Architectural Compliance Committee is charged with the enforcement of the restrictive covenants of the community. Any new construction, changes to the exterior of existing structures, or additions to the exterior of the property require approval from this Committee. The Committee meets on the second Wednesday of each month at the pool house.
