General Rules

| Our pool is for the use and enjoyment of all Carolina Club Association Property Owners and their family and guests. Please keep in mind that these rules are established to ensure the enjoyment of all our association members and address necessary safety and liability issues.

- Obey all rules posted at the pool.Pool hours are 9:00 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. The inside club room will be locked at 8:30 and no one is permitted in the pool area after 8:30 p.m.
- There is no Life Guard on duty.
- Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a property owner after 6:00 p.m.
- No cussing or abusive language or behavior.
- No skim boards or surf boards.
- No smoking.
- No glass containers in the pool area.
- Safety equipment is for emergency use only. Do not use the life ring, hook, or rope as toys.
- Everyone must have their club-house key with them and be ready to identify their property within the Carolina Club.
- Children of property owners are allowed only one guest unless the property owner (their parent) is at the pool supervising them.
- No propping open of any doors.
The pool area and club-house are under surveillance. Violators of these rules are subject to having their pool privileges revoked and prosecution if the offense warrants such action.
